The sixth-generation Chevrolet Camaro is only a few years old, but the epic muscle car is already getting some updates. While we likely won’t see a refreshed model until the 2019 model year, Chevrolet is definitely hard at work designing the 2019 Chevrolet Camaro; the upcoming model was spotted outside of the Milford Proving Grounds, running rampant in a spectrum of colors.
It’s possible the 2019 Chevrolet Camaro will burn rubber with a vast array of engines, ranging from the efficient turbocharged four cylinder to the workhorse of a V8 engine that delivers 650 horsepower. Expect upcoming models to feature the 10-speed automatic transmission, better fuel economy, and more performance. The only thing many enthusiasts are certain about, however, are styling updates.
By the looks of these photos of the test models, the 2019 Camaro will see new front and rear fascias. Updating lighting is likely to make its way into the new model as well. Considering the current Camaro already wields a distinctive style, no one is expecting a complete design overhaul.
There’s no confirmation as to what year the updated Camaro will take to the roadway, but the refreshed model is bound to breathe new life into the thriving muscle car family.
We here at Love Chevrolet are already excited to see the refreshed 2019 Chevrolet Camaro in person!
